HMSA condemns the Mumbai Terror attacks of July 13th, 2011

Mr. Pradip Parekh, Spokesperson and Convener of the Global Affairs Committee of the Hindu Mahasabha of America (aka Hindu Congress of America), on behalf of the organization, joined President Obama in condemning yet another act of mass murders in Mumbai by terrorists, and appreciated his extending assistance in the investigation and punishment of the guilty terrorists.
He stated that the terrorists are resolute in their proclaimed religious belief, oppressive goals and sadistic means, and continue to commit beastly mass murders of innocent unsuspecting people absorbed in their daily busy lives.
He further added that there is little doubt that the terrorists feel further emboldened by the spectacular success of this wanton act of mass murders, and more convinced in
a) the infallibility of their medieval cause,
b) the increased support from their numerous sympathetic sources, and
c) the power of their "merciful" god, all of which are sure to lead to more of the same as the world continues to be irresolute in coming to grips with the need
a) to aggressively challenge the underlying religion or ideology and
b) for concerted massive military action in these failed regions which cause these elements of inhumanity to thrive in such large numbers and with so much resources that match and challenge those of sizeable countries.
He further stated that this situation, now running over a decade, is intolerable and cries out for its eradication at its root with an action no less than a total war. He appealed to the ruling party of India to NOT go soft on terror regardless of the compulsions of its partisan politics of religion which endangers India's security. He further added that the organization appeals to the government of India to immediately shut down all the bus and the train traffic from Pakistan which it has no way of adequately monitoring and controlling until the scourge of terror is convincingly eliminated. He further appealed to the people of India to not rest until they eliminate the colossal entrenched corruption in their government which also jeopardizes their security.
